Couple of issues with the used 4Runner I bought but I was fully aware of them before I purchased it because I was given free reign to crawl in, under, and through the truck. The test drive was not chaperoned, implying to me that customers are given trust and respect right from the get go. The price was steep for a high mileage vehicle but so it is for every used car nowadays given our wildly inflated used car market, and to Howorth's credit, they did in fact work with me in that regard, for which I'm grateful. Ultimately I was treated well and served efficiently and I left with the nicest used vehicle I've ever owned.

Bought a Pro4X Xterra from these guys in great shape. Needed minor work like the transmission line was leaking and needed a new clamp. About a month after having it the rear end went out and they helped me cover the costs to get the new parts. Really good people here, not the typical "buy here pay here" dealership experience here.

I had to make a hard decision today, but first I want to say AMY hands down is the best, by far I had the best car buying decision ever, she is kind and patient and her communication door is always open and willing to help, with that being said I just returned a Ford Taurus that runs great, I have to give up payments for medical reasons, runs so smooth and drives, it’s ready for the road it don’t need anything low miles and new tires just talk to Amy she will help you

my wife purchased a vehicle for 2000 down. we test drove 3 before settling on a 4runner. all of the vehicles had problems including the one we thought was a decent deal only to find out there is an exhaust leak, the engine taps after getting warm and the vehicle got stuck in reverse in a drive thru. Amy told my wife that she needed to get a to ride to our children's appointments since it broke down. they were paying for the cost of repairs until this post, which I received a call which I was told to remove my post or they'd make me pay for repairs. for 16000 it shouldn't break down after the 2nd payment. Trash and a waste of money we didn't have.
